Balanced Horse Training is run out of August Acres, a boutique 16 stall facility located on 15 private acres in Burlington, IL.

Stalls are 12'x12' and 12'x14'. Each stall has an enclosed 3-speed fan with individual switches, heated water buckets in winter, a dutch door with a window, an attached 24' private limestone runout, and 10' lean-to so that horses can enjoy as much fresh air as possible--even on the rainy days. Horses are turned out in mixed herds on 7 grass pastures during good weather.

The facility boasts 2 oversized grooming stalls, oversized hot/cold wash rack, extra-wide aisle, temperature controlled tackroom and bathroom and a 60'x150' indoor arena with seven 8'x16' windows that open to sweeping vistas of the property and forest.
